Welcome to RENTALWING (the "Service"), an online management system for film and camera gear rental stores provided by Beijing NEXWING Media Co., Ltd. ("we"). By using the Service, the store owner and the staff they authorise ("you") agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service covers orders, check-out and check-in, inventory and availability, customers, payments and reconciliation, and crew scheduling, used through a web browser on computers and phones. We keep improving it, and new versions are included at no extra cost. Some features (such as SMS codes and push notifications) rely on third parties and may occasionally be unavailable for reasons outside our control.
2. Accounts
- We create an owner account when a store signs up; the owner creates staff accounts and decides what each person can access.
- Accounts sign in with a phone number. Keep your password and phone safe; you are responsible for losses caused by sharing your own account.
- The owner should disable accounts of staff who leave.
3. Your data
- The business data a store enters or generates in the Service (gear, orders, customers, payments, photos — "Store Data") belongs to the store.
- We store and process Store Data only to provide the Service. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to win business for other stores or third parties.
- You can ask us for a full copy of your orders, gear, customers and payments (Excel) at any time; we provide it within 3 business days. When the Service ends, we hand your data over and keep it for at least 30 days before deleting it.
- Where Store Data includes personal information about the store's own customers, the store is responsible for it under applicable law; we process it on the store's instructions.
4. Fees
The Service is billed per store, once a year, at the amount in the agreed quote. Trials are free. If a subscription lapses, the store becomes read-only; you can still view your data and ask us for a full copy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for anything unlawful or to store unlawful content.
- Do not attack or reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other stores.
- We may suspend or end the Service for breaches of these rules.
6. Availability and backups
Store Data is backed up daily to cloud storage kept separate from the servers, and important actions are logged. We aim to keep the Service running smoothly and announce planned maintenance in advance. For outages caused by force majeure, network providers or third-party services, we will restore service as quickly as we can but are not liable for indirect losses.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is a tool to help run a store. Amounts and billing days are calculated from the store's own settings, and the store should check them before settling with customers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees the store paid in the previous 12 months.
8. Changes and termination
- We may update these Terms and will announce changes in the app and on this site, with advance notice for significant ones. Continued use means you accept them.
- You may stop using the Service and close your store account at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are first settled by negotiation; failing that, by the competent court where Beijing NEXWING Media Co., Ltd. is located.
